All the above prices are per person on a bed and breakfast basis.

 For a dinner, bed and breakfast rate please add £25 per person per night to the above rates

BOOKING CONDITIONS:-
A non refundable deposit to the value of your first night's stay payable by credit card or full payment by cheque is required to confirm the booking.
Payment will be taken in full should the booking of a room be made within 10 days of arrival.


CANCELLATION WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ARRIVAL:-
The full stay will be charged, less money recouped through re-letting.
A reservation is a legally binding contract therefore we urge you to take out holiday insurance.
